At KBS Small Appliances, we want your shopping experience to be as smooth as possible — from placing your order to having your new appliance on your kitchen counter. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship and handle returns.
Shipping Policy
Where Do We Ship?
KBS Small Appliances ships exclusively within the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international destinations.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. There is no minimum order value required. You will never pay a delivery fee when shopping at KBS.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Orders submitted on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard shipping: 5 to 7 business days after dispatch
- Expedited shipping: 2 to 3 business days if available at checkout
Delivery estimates are provided by our shipping carriers and may vary during peak seasons or weather events.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your package directly with the carrier. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team via our Contact page.
Common Shipping Questions
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order has not shipped yet, we can update the address. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected address. Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to modify the destination.
My package shows delivered but I have not received it. What do I do?
Check around your property and with neighbors first. If the package is still missing 24 hours after the delivery notification, contact our support team and we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
